We are an innovative and fast-growing company on a mission to accelerate the energy transition. Our focus is on continuously improving our products to meet customer needs. We develop and produce high-quality, reliable car chargers and accessories for both home and business use. With offices in the Netherlands, England, and Denmark, we are expanding our reach and impact across Europe.
Your role in our mission
You will be the vital link between sales, R&D, and marketing. Your mission is to bring our products and services to the right market in the right way, at the right time. Your strategic insight and ability to translate product features into compelling market propositions will be key to our success.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and improved products and services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Positioning and defining unique selling points (USPs) for both new and existing products in partnership with marketing and R&D
• Translating product functionalities into engaging marketing materials
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and guide product development and pricing strategies
• Providing valuable input for product development based on customer feedback to ensure the best product-market fit
• Supporting sales teams with training, product specifications, trade shows, and customer interactions
You will work closely with our R&D team to drive innovation and report directly to the Commercial Director.
What you bring to the team
You are curious, proactive, and a strong communicator. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your input matters. You’re comfortable working with different teams, balancing multiple priorities, and making data-driven decisions.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a completed college or university education (preferably in business, marketing or a related field)
• Has at least 5 years of experience in product marketing or commercial product management in a B2C or B2B2C environment
• Has experience launching new products in European markets
• Is data-driven, analytical, and comfortable conducting market research
• Has strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Has experience in a sustainable sector (a plus, but not required)
• Is fluent in Dutch and English
• Is willing to travel to our offices and key customers across Europe
